If you are creating a character that you would like to hold an upper ranking in their clan (see which ones are available in the clans and districts board), please copy and paste this application into the bottom of your character creation post. If you have a character that has already been created but you would like to promote them to an upper ranking, please copy and paste this application in to a PM to either Noir or Makuyi.
Also, your leader doesn't have to be a *good* leader to be accepted. If they are a tyrant and that's what you're going for, it will will still be considered!
